On this journey of mine to a more authentic life, one of the best tools I have been using are guided meditations.  Are you familiar with guided meditations?  They are amazing….  Hit play and the voice guides you through the process!

I use the meditations from Orin & DaBen by (Sanaya Roman & Duane Packer) which can be found here.  I bought these guided meditations several years ago and they made a huge difference in my life!  In hindsight, I should never have stopped meditating, but it was something I always intended to get back to and never did.  Recently I really wanted to focus on creating an authentic life and remembered how life changing the meditations were.  So now I listen to one each day.  I choose the topic, meditate and watch for the signs of change!  It is amazing!

At least once per week I listen to the one that is about gaining public recognition and every week I see my sales increase, my blog get more views, and my Pinterest profile get more views!

Not only that, I feel more confident, optimistic, and creative!

Not sure whether the meditations are right for you?  Start by listening to Orin’s short 3-5 minute meditations found on the same page.  You can purchase the meditations by subject or the whole collection of 73, which I did.  Please note:  I do not receive any $ from Orin & DaBen.  I am seeing the results in my daily life so had to share the information!

You choose what to focus on each day!  Every day is different and requires a different focus – some days I want to increase my abundance, other times I want public recognition for me and my business and on and on.  I can tell you, though, EVERY time I finish a meditation I can see results immediately, which makes it so exciting!  They also have a process for receiving guidance and answers.  You can find it here!

Meditating also guarantees 30 minutes of time just for YOU each day.  It is one of the crucial steps in your self-care plan!  They are perfect while on vacation, before you go to sleep, or even better – when you start your day!!
